Bananas are among our star products. This success is chiefly due to the creation of a banana ripening section in 2001, in the warehouse at Cavaillon (France) in addition to the installation of seven new ripening chambers in Nivelles (Belgium) in 2007. The 11 ripening chambers at ProNatura Provence and ProNatura Belgium enable us to ripen more than 5000 tonnes of bananas per year and to offer our clients (whether retailers, market traders or supermarkets) high-quality fruit ripened specifically to meet their needs.
