As part of our wish to organise production in the regions in which we operate (Provence, Brittany, Morocco and Togo, etc.), we have introduced a number of services to help our producer partners as they expand:

Advice with organic certification processes,

This includes the provision of assistance to help growers understand production standards and to adapt to them (GlobalGap, etc.), or the selection of varieties adapted to the constraints imposed by the land itself and by organic farming methods, but also to the expectations of our distributors and consumers. It includes technical assistance thanks to an in-house team trained in agricultural production methods and independent agricultural experts in such fields as crop management, harvest and "post-harvest" organisation (packing, cooling, etc.).

It also includes the financing of organic certification, advance payment for harvests and help with investments, etc.

Along with around a dozen southern French farmers, we also carry out farming and marketing tests with ancient varieties selected for their outstanding taste.
