Our activities & our markets

On the supermarket store shelves, organic fruit and vegetables are required to coexist alongside conventional greengrocery products. This is why these products are today packed in order to guarantee their organic quality for consumers. In order to limit the ecological and economic impact of packing and packaging as far as possible, we work with our commercial partners and suppliers to find the most realistic, sustainable solutions.

Supplier approval - Audits

The farmers working with ProNatura are selected for their capacity to produce organic fruit and vegetables meeting the requirements of European regulations. They are regularly inspected by a certification body approved by the public authorities and audited by our own teams. The results of these audits enable us to evaluate such aspects as traceability, certification, inspections and hygiene.

Similarly, packaging suppliers and subcontractors are also closely monitored to ensure they meet IFS or BRC requirements.
