Our know-how
By its very nature, organic farming is a long-term activity. The time required to convert land from "conventional" farming over to "organic" farming (at least three years), to learn and master these highly specialised agricultural techniques (abandoning the use of all chemical products), but also to adapt to more erratic production characteristics (due for example to the fact that plant health treatments cannot be used during bouts of mildew) all mean that real development requires a commitment of at least several years. This has led us to set up partnerships with most of our producers, with the joint aim of improving efficiency and enhancing the standing and quality of organic farming.
For this reason, wherever possible we have set up production chains:
- Organic fruit and vegetables from Provence
- Organic fruit and vegetables from Brittany
- Citrus fruit from Marrakech
- Vegetables from Agadir
- Fruit and vegetables from Spain
- Pineapples from Togo
- Mangoes from Burkina-Faso
