Our activities & our markets

Several times a week, our buyers/sales staff prepare and send a tailored sales proposal to our clients (distributors, wholesalers, industrial companies or restaurants). During their day-to-day telephone conversations, our customers are informed of the latest production situation, the quality of the products or market conditions. They are able to place their orders as often as they like by telephone, e-mail or fax.

Organic certification

In order to be able to display the "Produced using organic farming" wording, a foodstuff must meet the conditions set by European regulations, from production through to consumption. These rules lay down conditions for the growing, rearing and production of organic products, whether fruit, vegetable or animal based.

Authorisation for imports:

Before any products can be imported from countries outside the European Union, the importer must imperatively obtain an authorisation, in accordance with the rules. This document, which confirms the existence of production and inspection methods equivalent to those required by European regulations, is issued by the Ministry of Agriculture.

The nutritional value of organic foods
Wholesome and healthy... these are the two main characteristics of organic foods which encourage consumers to buy them. An ever-increasing number of surveys and studies support this perception: the nutritional quality of organic foods is greater than that of other foodstuffs.

Organic fruit and vegetables provide a fine example. As they are not "crammed full" of synthetic chemical fertilisers, they contain less water and consequently more dry matter than conventional fruit and vegetables.
