The control, inspection and traceability of our products
The systematic acceptance inspections for the organic fruit and vegetables entering our warehouses include a verification of their quality and conformity to the regulations applicable to fruit and vegetables, to organic farming requirements and to our customers’ order details.
We also guarantee the traceability of the foodstuffs that we market thanks to a computerised management system enabling us to identify the products at every stage of the chain, from the producer through to the consumer.
In order to guarantee the organic quality of the fruit and vegetables that we sell, we carry out more than 300 analyses of residues each year. These are performed by accredited laboratories and can involve the detection of 300 different active ingredients.
