Every day, multiple producers start the proceedings for the conversion to organic agriculture. More and more producers from Ile de France take a step forward and we assist them throughout this delicate phase of conversion. It involves small farms that tend to develop little by little. Our agronomical team already guarantees the technical monitoring with the region’s farmers for the next seasons. Ile de France’s organic producers are specialised in market gardening crops such as lamb’s lettuce, spinaches, radishes, lettuces… These crops need less sun and a humid climate, and therefore are well adapted to this region conditions.
